Huron Hockey School in Houston

Huron Hockey is proud to announce their 38th summer of hockey instruction by professional educators. Huron will be hosting a top notch hockey camp at the Sugar Land Ice and Sports Center, August 11-15, 2008. This first-rate camp will feature Huron’s advanced program and goalie program. Players will be grouped according to skill level, to ensure that they receive the most out of our week long, high level camp.

Huron’s curriculum is designed to emphasize more play and puck skill concepts, which builds on the foundation of power skating fundamentals. Our up-to-date format provides a complete and innovative hockey experience for the hockey player with extensive focus on the following areas of hockey development- skating, skills, concepts, tactics and small area games. Players will receive 3 hour of on ice and off ice instruction, including the use of video analysis to evaluate proper skating techniques. Huron has graduated more than 700 NHL players and coaches…why not add your name to our list?
