The Dallas Stars/Dr Pepper StarCenter offers three specific programs to get kids playing hockey. When the team learned about the One Goal initiative they asked the organization if they could re-brand their existing programs as “One Goal” programs. Dr Pepper StarCenter hosted its 4th Annual Mini-Mite Festival on December 26th at Farmers Branch. The event included 70 Mini-Mites from locations across the Metroplex for a fun day of hockey. There were balloon artists and face painters on hand to entertain the families and each child received a goody bag that included awards and prizes as well as two great Dallas Stars tickets.(...)
