Team Parent Meeting - How to Introduce Parents

Your first item to discuss at the meeting should be introductions. As the team manager or coach you should introduce yourself and other coaches. You should also ask the parents to introduce themselves.

You should also ask that each person tell something about themselves, their child and their goals for the season. You can then compare your goals, and discuss any differences or agreements you have so that you can settle any discrepancies.

The players themselves should also be allowed to discuss their goals and desires at a later time so that their wishes can be considered and integrated throughout the season.
